I am honored to be sharing my experiences at the Inaugural Serious Games, Extended Reality (XR) and Metaverse Session held at The Innovation Centre (TIC), SingHealth Tower next month. This session is organized by the Singapore General Hospital Allied Health Division Digitalisation and Innovation Unit (AHDDIU), where I have also been asked to lead the special interest group in this area.

In this inaugural session, I will be sharing some of the projects that I have done in the domain of Serious Games and XR, as well as some of my experiences in my journey on crafting out serious games for pharmacy education. In addition, some of my pharmacy colleagues will also showcasing some of their work in serious games and XR for education and training (e.g. VRx, PRISM, VERTICES). I will also give a glimpse of a quick metaverse world that I have developed for continuing education of healthcare professionals in digital health!

Hopefully, there will be something for the participants to take-away when they design their own applications in Serious Games, XR and Metaverse!
